An FBI agent stationed in the quiet, picturesque town of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, begins to believe that these crimes were not committed by traditional, money-motivated criminals, but by a group of dangerous terrorists who were inspired by a radical and charismatic leader, Holt, to plan a devastating war against the U.S. government. With the joint efforts of the FBI and other agencies, everyone successfully stopped the terrorists' plans and defended the safety of the country and its people.
