She is the director of the Metropolitan Police Department's First Investigation Division. She is completely ruthless in her pursuit of criminals. She is called the "Ice Queen" because she is bloodless and tearless. She has an abstinent personality that is strict with others and herself. Such Higetsu faces a past that she can't forget even if she wants to, and she embraces her spiritual trauma and works hard to solve cases with her fellow detectives who have quirks.
